Larry H. Barton PhD

Larry Barton is a workaholic. At the age of seven, I started cutting grass for my neighbors and earning 25 cents for each lot. I learned to play the piano at age ten and became a church pianist. I met my wife at age thirteen. Married in 1956 at age sixteen. I attended barber school, became a barber, and owned two barber shops. I joined the US Army and served six years. I accepted employment with Talladega City as a police officer and soon got employed at the bank and became vice president. I accepted another job as a manager with a finance company. Ran for governor but was defeated. Elected mayor of Talladega and served sixteen years. Served three years in prison. Released and elected mayor again. Injured in an auto accident. I broke my neck, back, hip, and leg. Unable to work, I began writing. As this book goes to press, I have nine published books on Amazon.
